Support Required

System: iPhone 5s
Problem: All of a sudden, the application started to show black screen when opening, and it doesnt starts...
I dont trust to erase-reinstall process, because the save system of the game is not trustworthy, and I dont want to lose all of my progress.
I restarted the phone, doesnt worked.
